360 Product Solutions

Working for a global oil and energy company focusing on its EAME and Russian market, we have built a product database which managed with Umbraco. Data are consumed via over 50 API endpoints (with automated postman testing) by both internal and 3rd parties. It provides both product information and product recommendations.

Expanding the project

We have built other applications around this database and make good use of the centralised data. They each are linked together in various different way.

  • Anti counterfeit website that help consumer to check if a product is genuine.

  • B2B Rewards website that encourage the distributor to selling more products.

  • Facebook Chatbot that recommends products to users and of course learnt how to response to your angry words!

And of course, data is collected - they are all centralised with Google Bigquery. Reports are then created on Google Datastudio for regular monitoring and analysis.

My role

Work closely with Client Services, Data Analyst, Tech and UX to come up with approaches and solutions that meet clients’ needs. Ideas based on trackings and data.

 

Approving costs and scope of work. Monitoring project burn rate.

 

Managing Tech team resources with agency forecasts. Prioritising tasks within the team.
